Shipping Policy

We accept orders Monday - Sunday. Most orders ship within two (2) business days.

Orders received over weekends and holidays are processed the following business day. Should any delay occur with fulfilling your order, we will contact you in a timely manner.

 

All orders are insured, include tracking, and ship via UPS or USPS. Shipping cost and sales tax are calculated at the time of order placement. Once an order is submitted and processing begins, the order cannot be canceled. If you have any questions regarding a current order, please send an email to orders@pureeastcandle.co.

Return Policy

Return Policy

If your item(s) arrive defective, we will be happy to resolve the situation quickly and efficiently. We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

We do not accept returns on sale items.

 

TO START A RETURN REQUEST:

  1. Email a brief explanation to orders@pureeastcandle.co 

  2. Include your order and tracking numbers

 

We will email you a return shipping label with instructions if your request is accepted. All item(s) must be in the same condition you received, unused, and resealed in the original packaging. Please include the receipt/proof of purchase. Item(s) sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item(s) to let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will receive your refund on the original payment method, less the return shipping amount, within ten (10) business days.

 

Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since return approval, please contact us at: orders@pureeastcandle.co.

 

Defective Product(s)

If an item(s) arrives defective, you will receive a replacement (same or like item) at no cost to you. Email orders@pureeastcandle.co; include your order, tracking numbers and a photo of the damaged area within seven (7) days of the order date. Once the defective item(s) is received and approved, your replacement order will ship within two (2) business days.
